Your impact

• Set up and operate CNC lathes plus supporting machining equipment.
• Translate blueprints, part drawings, and routings into efficient setups.
• Load/unload programs; manage edits and offsets to optimize results.
• Execute in-process checks and final inspections to confirm quality.
• Communicate production risks; propose process improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Complete routine maintenance to sustain machine performance.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized; support team output goals.

Must-haves

• HS Diploma.
• 2–5+ years of CNC lathe experience.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with CNC Puma, Daewoo, and/or Mazak machines.
• Mastercam experience.

Pay, type, and schedule

• Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hour, plus 10% premium for 2nd shift.
• Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site; 1st & 2nd Shift.
• Location: Rockford, IL.
• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.
