Automotive Body Shop Collision Center Estimator

The Driver’s Village Collision Center provides excellent opportunities for advancement, and competitive compensation based on experience. A Licensed Estimator will earn between $60k and $72K depending on work history and qualifications.
* Earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus depending on experience!*

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet and respond to our clients and guests in a welcoming manner
- Assess customers’ needs and concerns for their vehicles
- Accurately enter customer and vehicle information
- Clearly communicate with customers throughout the collision repair process, from beginning through completion
- Provide timely updates to customers on vehicle status
- Conduct business in an ethical manner with integrity
- Other duties as assigned
Applicants Should Meet or Exceed These Requirements:
- New York Independent Adjuster License required
- Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Valid NY State Driver’s License
- High school diploma or equivalent
