Senior Epic Referrals / Prior Authorization Analyst (Cadence Focus)

Overview:
Looking for a senior Epic analyst with strong experience in referrals and prior authorization workflows, with supporting knowledge of Cadence scheduling and patient access operations.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Epic experience with referrals and prior authorization workflows
• Strong understanding of Cadence scheduling and its interaction with referrals
• Experience supporting front-end operational workflows tied to access and authorization
• Hands-on build and workflow optimization experience (not just support)

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Prelude module
• Experience improving referral throughput and authorization turnaround times

Ideal Candidate:

• Functional SME in referrals + prior auth
• Strong collaboration with operations, access teams, and revenue cycle stakeholders
• Experience working in new build or optimization environments
