Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We need hands-on care to take care of my grandmother in New Church. Medication management is required. Responsibilities include feeding her dinner (soft pureed foods) getting her ready for bed, changing her when needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets(small dog). Days and times needed are Tues, Wed, and Thurs 4 p.m. til 8:30 p.m.
