About who needs care: Bowel incontinence, mobility deficits (needs walker Or wheelchair with assistance for transfers), suprapubic catheter About the care needs: Needs to be able to clean up bowel movement accidents and bathe person. Needs to be able to safely perform sit to stand transfers, wheelchair to bed transfers, and help with safe ambulation with walker. Patient and energetic personality that can motivate her to get dressed, brush dentures, and help with hygiene. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
