Companion Care Needed

Help needed for my mother in her 80s - seeking part-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Important - experience with managing and prompting medication is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping (mostly laundry). Help needed with getting into walk-in shower and occasional accidents, but she is mobile and can use bathroom without help when prompted. Also, as much for providing companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
