What You’ll Do:

• You'll spend your days overseeing the management of our commercial and fleet accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• You'll coordinate with various departments to improve service delivery and enhance customer relationships.
• You'll analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• You'll manage the fleet inventory, ensuring that vehicles are maintained and ready for use.
• You'll provide training and support to staff, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

What You’ll Bring: 

• Required: Proven Automotive Fleet experience.
• Required: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry.
• Preferred: Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
