As a Service Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for riders who trust us to keep their Harleyâ€'Davidson motorcycles performing at their best. This role is fastâ€'paced, customerâ€'focused, and perfect for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and delivering an exceptional experience from the moment a customer walks in or calls.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule service appointments, and more, to assist with our daily operations
• Follow up calls
• Appointment verifications
• Quotes
• File and organize work orders
• Call lists
• Contract approvals
• Take photos
• Take videos

Qualifications:

• Good communication, customer service, and computer skills
• A good work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to push, move and/or ride an 800 lb. motorcycle is preferred but not required
