Summary:

The Department ofOtolaryngology, in collaboration with the Center for Advanced Practice, is excited to add a Physician Assistant (PA) totheir growing academic service.In this role,thePA will undergo training in all aspects of Otolaryngology, including,but not limited to,pediatric ENT, neurotology, laryngology, head neck cancer,rhinologyand skull-base surgery. This position is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the multifaceted Otolaryngology department.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be board certified as a Physician Assistant andpossess,or be able to obtain,a NewYork State PA License.

  • Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-year experience, although highly motivated new graduates with interest and abilities in surgery will be considered and are encouraged to apply.

  • Mustpossessexcellent communication skills and demonstrate an ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Candidates must haveBLS, ACLS,andPALS
