Role Overview:
Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model
Provide clinical support to staff members, andassistwith the management of a caseload ofRadiationOncology patients
Perform triage for patients face to face and via telephone
Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education and symptom management
Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up
Key Qualifications:
New Jersey State RN license, BLS certificationrequired
2 years ofRadiationOncology experience highly preferred
Ambulatory care experience preferred
1.5 - 2 yrs clinical nurse experiencerequired

Additional Information:
Schedule:Flexed 10- hours betweenMonday through Friday from7:30am to9pm [No holidays, No weekends]
Location: 480 Red Hill Road (Monmouth)
Per Diem requirements:Minimum of6 shifts per quarter
Reports to: Nurse Leader
