Feline exclusive practice in Philadelphia, PA seeking an experienced, compassionate veterinary technician to join our team.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated, full-time highly experienced veterinary technician/assistant or licensed veterinary technician to join our small but talented team. Here at The Cat Doctor, we are driven to deliver all our services with a personal touch in a relaxed environment.

What you bring to the table:

  • An experienced Veterinary Technician or Assistant with 2+ years in practice.
  • You have confidence in blood draws, IV placement, anesthesia monitoring and surgical support.
  • A dependable and adaptable team player who brings energy and positivity to work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in patient care, surgical procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and diagnostics
  • Support our DVMs during appointments, exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Perform hands-on tasks including drawing blood, catheter placement, and injections, take radiographs and performs EKGs.
  • Communicate clearly with clients on treatment plans, patient updates, and discharge instructions
  • Collaborate with all team members to promote hospital efficiency and workflow
