Warehouse Associate / Assembling Associate needed for Fort Myers Manufacturing Warehouse
Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (No Weekends)
This is a full time position
Starting pay: $15.00 per hour (Paid weekly on Fridays)
Must have a clean criminal background and pass a pre employment drug screening prior to start
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (English and Spanish only speakers ok)
Must have basic math skills
Must have warehouse or manufacturing experience
A warehouse associate is responsible for:
Helping fulfill the warehouse logistics of receiving, processing and assembling manufactured products.
They perform tasks like storing, receiving incoming deliveries, scanning items before logging them on computer systems, managing stock, maintaining a warehouse's cleanliness and manufacturing and assembling products.
Warehouse associates receive tasks and instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a clean background and pas a pre employment drug screening.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (English and Spanish speakers only OK)
- Good communication skills for interacting and coordinating with co-workers.
- Willingness to work as a team player.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs plus.
- Experience in working in a warehouse, manufacturing or construction environment.
- Flexibility to bend, twist, lift and stand 8 hours.
- Physical stamina and strength to tolerate heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time.
- Organizational and attention to detail when assembling products.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Ability to use power tools if needed.
