Responsibilities

A day in the life:

  • Respond to new inquiries and manage intake pipeline
  • Schedule and confirm initial assessments
  • Educate families on ABA services and company offerings
  • Close new cases and drive service starts
  • Track performance metrics and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong sales or admissions background
  • Enjoy high-volume phone outreach (50–100 calls per day)
  • Personality-first communicator with high emotional intelligence
  • Worked in commission-based or performance-driven roles
  • Comfortable handling objections and guiding difficult conversations
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
