Job Overview
We are currently hiring a Material Supply Handler to support inventory control, material coordination, and production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse, inventory, or material handling operations. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring materials are available for production, and supporting cleanroom supply processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label, store, and organize incoming materials in designated storage areas
- Coordinate movement of materials between receiving, storage, production lines, and other departments
- Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, stock checks, and monitor FIFO, lot numbers, and expiration dates
- Restock PPE, cleanroom supplies, and operational materials as needed
- Support gowning exchanges, garment scanning, staging, and redistribution processes
- Communicate inventory shortages, discrepancies, and process concerns to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready storage and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, receiving, manufacturing, or supply chain environments preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, barcode scanners, and inventory management systems
- Familiarity with PPE requirements, cleanroom procedures, and safety practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Experience operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment preferred
