What You'll Do

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both residential and commercial customers while helping protect their properties from unwanted pests.

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting detailed interior and exterior inspections to identify pest activity and entry points

Providing effective pest control treatments using industry-approved products and techniques

Performing treatments for ants, spiders, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, and other common pests

Installing and servicing rodent control devices, bait stations, and traps

Removing wasp, hornet, and bee nests safely and efficiently

Sealing entry points using exclusion materials such as foam, mesh, and wood

Educating customers on treatment plans and preventative solutions

Recommending additional services that benefit the customer and protect their property

Maintaining accurate service records and documentation

Operating and maintaining a company vehicle safely and professionally

Delivering outstanding customer service with every visit

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

5+ years of pest control experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage a daily route

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Commitment to safety and professionalism

Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends when needed

Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position that requires:

• Walking and standing for extended periods
• Climbing ladders and accessing crawl spaces and attics
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in various weather conditions
• Performing physical labor throughout the workday
