Main job duties include:

* Must have experience in Floor Maintenance

(Floor stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning)

* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning.

Candidates for this position must:

* The work is done within a Government Facility so professionalism is a must.

*The candidate must be able to pass a background check.

*Experience in Floor Maintenance

* Possess a strong work ethic and be able to work independently.

* Have a positive attitude. Reliable and Punctual.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $22.82/hour (17.73 wage & 5.09 Health and Welfare)

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

Candidates must be available to cover any shifts

• Afternoon shift (3:30pm-12:00am)
• May occasionally be asked to work on a weekend

Experience:

• Floor Tech: 1 year (Preferred)
