Develop strong relationships with customers and fellow employees as you perform a variety of tasks throughout the day. As a Customer Service Specialist at our Lincoln Grain Terminal, you will:
- Serve as the face of the company, interacting directly with people who come in or call your location and directing them as necessary
- Utilize organization skills to perform basic administrative and grain-related tasks: operate the scale to weigh trucks, test for grain quality, data entry, and more
