A day in the life

Begin your morning on the plant floor in Richland Center, WI, checking in with supervisors about staffing, coaching a new leader through a performance conversation, and planning an inclusion initiative that will also support the Middleton, WI site. By afternoon, you’re partnering with the North America ISC HR Business Partner and Plant Leadership to align people strategies to production goals, and you close the day translating employee feedback into actions that fine‑tune Rockwell Automation’s HR processes.

You will collaborate closely with HR Services, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and fellow HR Business Partners to deliver the full value of HR to our manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager, HRBP - ISC NA Manufacturing and will be based at our Richland Center, WI facility while supporting both Richland Center and Middleton, WI.
