Compensation: $160k$200k per year, plus productivity-based incentive opportunities. Total annual earnings may reach up to $300k depending on experience, schedule, and patient volume.
Stallant Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team in Crescent City, California. This position is built for providers who want a steady, well-supported clinical environment where they can focus on patient care without the pressure of rushed, high-volume medicine.
The clinic is structured around a sustainable pace, with an expected average of approximately three patients per hour.

Position Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide outpatient primary care services to patients across a range of needs. Responsibilities include:
* Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic conditions
* Performing physical exams, preventive visits, and health screenings
* Prescribing medications and treatment plans within scope of practice
* Ordering and reviewing labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies as appropriate
* Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
* Coordinating with physicians, clinical staff, and care team members
* Following established medical protocols and evidence-based guidelines
* Supporting a patient-centered care model focused on continuity and trust
Minimum Qualifications
* Active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
* National board certification required; AANP or ANCC accepted for Nurse Practitioners
* Current DEA license
* Two or more years of clinical experience preferred
* New graduates may be considered
* Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
* Interest in serving a community-based outpatient population
