NorthwestEye Care Professionalsis currently seekingtwo full-time Patient Care Coordinators to join our dedicated team across our three neuro-optometric clinic locations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about patient care and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative healthcare environment.

Locations:Clackamas, Hillsboro, and Vancouver (In-Person)
Practice:Northwest Eye Care Professionals (NWECP)
Status:Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and support patients throughout clinic and vision therapy visits
• Facilitate patient check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling
• Answer incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Coordinate seamlessly with multiple departments to ensure quality care
• Provide empathetic assistance to patients with neurological and visual complexities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare reception or patient-facing role
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with office technology and scheduling systems
• Professional, compassionate demeanorespecially in sensitive or high-need situations
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered service and contributing to a supportive team environment
