Job Description
Description:

Tired of corporate ABA? Join a clinician-owned team where quality care comes first.

At ABA Works, we're a clinically owned and operated ABA provider, not a large corporation. We believe in supporting our clinicians so they can focus on what matters most—making a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and families.

Why Join ABA Works?

  • Small caseloads (or as a 3 tier BCBA, no caseloads)
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Direct access to leadership
  • Strong administrative support
  • Career growth opportunities
  • Healthy work-life balance

ABA Works provides ABA services, parent training, and social skills programs for children and adults diagnosed with ASD and related disorders. We believe that involving the whole family in treatment leads to the best outcomes and lasting success.

If you're passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services in a supportive, clinician-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

BENEFITS
  • Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • Consistent work hours with minimal evening commitments
  • Flexible scheduling, including virtual workdays
  • Option for a supervisory role without managing your own caseload (3-tier model)
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid sick leave and generous PTO (up to 15 vacation days annually)
  • CEU reimbursement, paid training, and conference attendance support
  • Career growth and leadership advancement opportunities
  • Cell phone reimbursement and company laptop (full-time employees)
  • Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement
  • Professional liability insurance provided
  • Large clinic environment with a collaborative, supportive team
  • Access to employee discounts through a national perks program with savings at 30,000+ companies

At ABA Works, we prioritize clinical excellence, work-life balance, and creating an environment where BCBAs can focus on quality care rather than productivity pressures.
