- Provide clinic-based clinical leadership and supervision within a 3-tier ABA service model.
- Supervise, mentor, and train Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Clinical Supervisors.
- Participate in weekly supervision and leadership meetings.
- Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), VB-MAPP, EFL, and other clinical evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations and assessment reports.
- Utilize Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) principles to support staff performance and clinical excellence.
- Assist with performance management, staff development, and professional growth planning.
- Partner with Clinical Directors and administrative teams to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Develop proactive solutions that support quality care, staff success, and organizational growth.

Requirements:- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
- Experience providing parent training and caregiver coaching within an ABA setting.
- Experience conducting and interpreting assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFL, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Proficiency with electronic data collection and practice management platforms such as Motivity, Aloha, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Collaborative and professional approach to working with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services.
