Commercial Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dependable Commercial Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our growing team. In this role, you will work alongside a Crew Leader to maintain commercial properties while ensuring high-quality service, safety, and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Assist the Crew Leader in completing daily lawn maintenance services at multiple commercial properties
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including:
  • Commercial mowers
  • String trimmers (weed eaters)
  • Edgers
  • Blowers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at job sites
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily schedules and quality standards
• Perform other landscaping and grounds maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to report to work as scheduled
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed
• 2–3 years of landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Texas Driver's License required

Compensation

Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
