Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
This role addresses the complex challenge of aligning high-velocity engineering, automation, and CI/CD pipelines with overarching corporate business objectives. Navigating the communication gap between technical teams and executive management often slows down deployment schedules and limits operational scalability. The position works to eliminate project roadblocks, resolve technical ambiguities with nationwide vendors, and streamline delivery processes across cloud data center environments.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)Support the successful implementation of technical solutions for the Wireless Cloud Services Automation, CI/CD, and Pipelines teams using agile SDLC best practices
Establish and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps by negotiating outcomes, timelines, and capacities with management, technical teams, and external vendors
Build high-performing, self-organized cross-functional teams and communication channels to achieve strategic objectives and department OKRs
Leverage AI-driven project management tools and predictive analytics to optimize team workflows, track performance data, and generate actionable project KPIs
Identify talent and knowledge gaps across technical groups and arrange targeted knowledge transfer sessions to mitigate delivery constraints
Ensure rigorous documentation of project requirements, risk registers, and schedules to guarantee high operational excellence standards during nationwide deployments
Deep expertise in navigating and applying Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall software development methodologies to complex cloud engineering and automation projects
Strong collaboration, conflict resolution, and relationship-management skills to align cross-functional engineering teams, management, and diverse external vendors
AI literacy and application skills to automate administrative workflows, summarize technical discussions, and streamline process mapping
Robust technical fluency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and telecom network structures to interact authoritatively with systems engineers
Advanced data interpretation and analytical capabilities to assess project performance, build KPI frameworks, and implement quality control measures
Critical experience managing end-to-end planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation for nationwide data center builds and complex technical deployments
CSM, CSPO, PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification
Familiarity with process development applications such as Draw.io, Microsoft Visio, and Lucid Chart
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering Management, IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical degree
Minimum Experience: 4+ years of experience in managing agile projects, including software development, cloud engineering, automation tools, or observability projects
Required Technical Skills: Experience with:
Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
DevOps practices and managing CI/CD pipelines
Data center build projects planning and scheduling
Telecom networks, platforms, and systems

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
