  • Build high-performing, self-organized cross-functional teams and communication channels to achieve strategic objectives and department OKRs

  • Leverage AI-driven project management tools and predictive analytics to optimize team workflows, track performance data, and generate actionable project KPIs

  • Identify talent and knowledge gaps across technical groups and arrange targeted knowledge transfer sessions to mitigate delivery constraints

  • Ensure rigorous documentation of project requirements, risk registers, and schedules to guarantee high operational excellence standards during nationwide deployments

Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)
  • Deep expertise in navigating and applying Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall software development methodologies to complex cloud engineering and automation projects

  • Strong collaboration, conflict resolution, and relationship-management skills to align cross-functional engineering teams, management, and diverse external vendors

  • AI literacy and application skills to automate administrative workflows, summarize technical discussions, and streamline process mapping

  • Robust technical fluency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and telecom network structures to interact authoritatively with systems engineers

  • Advanced data interpretation and analytical capabilities to assess project performance, build KPI frameworks, and implement quality control measures

  • Critical experience managing end-to-end planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation for nationwide data center builds and complex technical deployments

Additional Qualifications
  • CSM, CSPO, PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification

  • Familiarity with process development applications such as Draw.io, Microsoft Visio, and Lucid Chart

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering Management, IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical degree
