Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Production professional to join their team. As a General Production team member, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Production

Location: Bay Minette, AL

Pay Range: $20.59

Shift: Swing

What's the Job?

• Safely operate machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Read and interpret factory orders accurately
• Set up orders, including carrying tooling as needed
• Utilize basic shop math, such as reading tape measures, gauges, and testing equipment
• Conduct consistent quality and count inspections of products to ensure standards are met

What's Needed?

• Ability to pass the AON test prior to interviewing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good attendance record and stable work history
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
