Babysitter Needed

Im looking for a sitter for my sister who is 11. I work Monday-Friday 7:00-18:00, Would need someone who could be here at 06:00 and willing to stay few extra hours in the evening if I have to work late. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. Also who has reliable transportation or their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, and Who is CPR certified. This is immediate job opening , thank you for your time.
