Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Maintain office files both electronically and in hard copy
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and scheduling inspections
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and document preparation
  • Utilize computer software such as Microsoft Word/Excel and other office applications
  • Provide support to team members as needed

Experience

  • Proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with various software applications
  • Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-5pm Daily
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
