Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and letters
- Maintain office files both electronically and in hard copy
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and scheduling inspections
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and document preparation
- Utilize computer software such as Microsoft Word/Excel and other office applications
- Provide support to team members as needed
Experience
- Proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with various software applications
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-5pm Daily
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
