Experienced Barista & Dessert Specialist – Join Our Team!

Sham Restaurant is looking for an experienced Barista & Dessert Specialist who is passionate about coffee, handcrafted beverages, desserts, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffees, and teas.
• Create and serve our signature refreshers, milkshakes, specialty shakes, smoothies, and seasonal beverages.
• Prepare desserts including crêpes, waffles, fruit cups, and other café-style menu items.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly experience for every guest.
• Operate espresso machines, blenders, waffle makers, and other café equipment.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily opening and closing duties.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience required.
• Experience preparing desserts, crêpes, waffles, shakes, or similar café items preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
