Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Otolaryngology (ENT)

Ear, Nose & Throat of New Jersey is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our busy, patient-centered otolaryngology practice in Toms River, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and highly motivated new graduates seeking mentorship and professional growth within a respected specialty practice.

You will work closely with a team of experienced providers caring for patients with a wide range of ear, nose, throat, sinus, allergy, hearing, and balance disorders.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage common ENT conditions
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies and laboratory testing
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Perform office-based procedures as appropriate
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Active New Jersey license 
• DEA registration 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• ENT experience preferred but not required
