Machine Operator 3rd Shift

The Greer Group is seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Mebane, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, consistent hours, and the potential for long-term employment with a growing company.

Location: Mebane, NC
Pay: $18.00-$20.30/hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to maintain quality and production standards
• Troubleshoot routine production issues and make necessary adjustments
• Perform equipment changeovers according to established procedures
• Complete Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) checks and basic maintenance tasks
• Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends as needed
• Comfortable working in hot and loud manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus
