Flavor Process Operator 2nd or 3rd Shift

Flavor Process Operator
Location: Florence, KY
Shifts: 2nd shift 2:30PM-11PM or 3rd shift 10:30 PM-7MMonday-Friday with possible overtime
Pay: $22/hr. plus $1 shift differential

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Flavor Process Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll support the manufacturing of high?quality products by following established procedures, operating equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manufacture products according to process order instructions.
• Select, measure, and add raw and intermediate materials in the proper sequence.
• Operate and troubleshoot automated filling and processing equipment.
• Follow all sanitation, quality, and safety guidelines (including GMP, HACCP, OSHA, FDA, and USDA).
• Prepare final packaging and stage materials for shipment.
• Move materials using forklifts, drum movers, and other equipment (some containers up to 3,000 lbs.).
• Handle raw materials, drums, pails, and containers for storage, loading, and unloading.
• Maintain accurate records and follow computerized work instructions.
• Support warehouse, shipping, or receiving functions as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to frequently lift up to 55 lbs.
• Basic math, reading, and recordkeeping skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow written and flow?charted instructions
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience
• Forklift operation experience
• SAP or bar?code scanning experience
• Experience with warehouse procedures
• Ability to wear a respirator (medical certification may be required)
