Job Description
Full-Time | Greater Denver Area
We design and install custom closets, pantries, home offices, mudrooms, garages, vanities, and built-in storage solutions that improve the functionality and aesthetics of a home. We service the Denver metro, but our work is mostly in Central and South Denver.
We're a locally owned and rapidly growing company, and we're looking for a skilled carpenter to become a key leader within our organization and help build the installation team as we continue to grow.
If you're the type of person who takes pride in quality work, solves problems without being asked, and naturally leads others by example, we'd like to talk.
The Opportunity
-We're looking for a Team Lead who can take ownership of projects from start to finish while helping establish standards, systems, and culture of our installation department.
-This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter, cabinet installer, millwork installer, or closet installer who has experience leading a team.
-As we expand, this position has the potential to grow into a leadership role overseeing additional installers and helping manage field operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead installation projects from start to finish and lead a team
- Keep projects on time and delegate tasks effectively to team members
- Read plans, layouts, and drawings with confidence
- Install high-end closets, home offices, pantries, mudrooms, entertainment walls, garages, vanities, built-ins
- Deliver a high-end finished product with exceptional attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the company on-site
- Train and mentor newer installers as the team grows
- Help maintain an organized warehouse and installation process
- Troubleshoot field conditions and solve problems independently
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Create a customer experience that generates five-star reviews and referrals
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of carpentry, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, millwork, or custom closet experience
- Proven ability to lead projects and work independently
- Strong ability to read drawings, plans, and measurements
- Skilled with power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment
- Experience scribing moldings, fillers, countertops, and built-ins to fit real-world conditions
- Experience with different product and material types
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills with customers and team members
- Reliable, accountable, and capable of managing your own schedule
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Our focus is simple: deliver smart, stylish storage solutions faster and more affordably than traditional closet companies without sacrificing quality or customer experience.
We are growing quickly and building a team that takes pride in craftsmanship, accountability, and doing things the right way.
