European Automotive Technician
Full-Time | European Vehicle Specialist | Competitive Pay Based on Experience
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate is skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining European vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo. This role is a great fit for a detail-oriented technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, high-quality workmanship, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on European vehicles using appropriate tools, scan equipment, and repair procedures.
· Inspect vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, and drivability components.
· Accurately identify mechanical and electrical concerns and recommend effective repair solutions.
· Complete work orders with clear notes, test results, parts used, and labor performed.
· Communicate professionally with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle status, repair needs, and timelines.
· Follow safety procedures, shop standards, and manufacturer repair guidelines.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
· Stay current with evolving European automotive technology, service bulletins, diagnostic platforms, and repair techniques.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience preferred, with European vehicle experience strongly preferred.
· Strong diagnostic ability with mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
· Experience with European diagnostic platforms or tools such as ISTA, Xentry, ODIS, PIWIS, VCDS, Autologic, or similar systems is a plus.
· ASE certifications, manufacturer training, or completion of an accredited automotive technical program preferred.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment.
· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to doing the job right the first time.
· Must have or be willing to obtain a professional technician tool set appropriate for the role.

Schedule and Compensation
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No weekends
