We are hiring multiple Semi‐Skilled Laborers for a major new construction project in South Florida, with openings available across Miami‐Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable workers with hands‐on construction experience who want steady work and room to grow. You will support carpenters, equipment operators, and site supervisors with essential tasks that keep the project moving safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- General Construction Support — Assist trades with daily tasks including material staging, cleanup, and site prep.
- Basic Carpentry Assistance — Help with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials under supervision.
- Tool & Equipment Use — Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
- Material Handling — Load, unload, and move materials throughout the job site.
- Site Maintenance — Maintain clean, organized, and hazard‐free work areas.
- Safety Compliance — Follow all OSHA and site‐specific safety rules.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of construction or laborer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor job‐site conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across South Florida
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- OSHA 10 Certification or OSHA 30 Certification (REQUIRED)
- Experience assisting carpenters, concrete crews, or equipment operators
- Familiarity with basic measurements and construction terminology
