Account Manager / Outside Sales – Construction Materials Group

Construction Materials Group is looking for an Account Manager to join our outside sales team. In this role, you'll build relationships with new and existing customers, grow your territory, and serve as a key point of contact for the customers you work with.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and field outreach
• Present and demonstrate our product line effectively
• Follow up consistently to keep customers informed and engaged
• Work toward established goals for territory growth and sales performance

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of outside or cold-calling sales experience with a solid track record
• Proven ability to develop and execute a territory sales strategy
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently
