Bookkeeper - Quickbooks

 ON-SITE. Part-time bookkeeper for small business.  In-person on-site 2-4 times per MONTH.  . Hours can vary based on time of the year.

Be experienced and proficient in Quickbooks Online version

- Full and comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, GL upkeep, custom reporting as needed, 
- Quick, agile and responsive with excellent time management skills desired.
- Great to Excellent skills using Excel
-  Additional Tasks could include Check deposits, Some Payable, Health Insurance Billing, etc.

Experience working with Long-Term Care facilities such as Nursing Homes, Rest Homes or Assisted Living with emphasis on government grants/MEDICAID/MEDICARE  Billing is a plus but not required.
