Role Description

AP Data Entry Specialist plays a key role in validating information that comes into the system, and has good system experience, as they will be working in our AI system

Key Responsibilities

• Validate all incoming information and invoices for the AP department.
• Navigate and input data into the AI accounting system with high accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies in documentation quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Quick Learner: Ability to master new software and workflows rapidly.
• Technical Aptitude: Previous experience with digital accounting systems or ERPs.
