Night Order Selector

Warehouse Order Selector - Dallas, TX 75247

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Horizon America Staffing is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Order Selectors for a refrigerated and frozen distribution facility located in Dallas, TX 75247.

Schedule:

• Sunday through Thursday
• Start Time: 5:00 PM until finish
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, extra shifts, and holidays as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Select and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate powered warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (MHE)
• Utilize scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures
• Work in refrigerated and frozen environments while maintaining productivity standards

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous warehouse selector experience required
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other MHE
• Familiarity with CK31 and CK71 scanners is a plus
• MHE and SQF certifications preferred
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English sufficiently to perform job duties, read labels and pick lists, complete shipping documents, and communicate effectively with management and team members
• Must be dependable and able to work overtime and weekends as required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in refrigerated and frozen temperatures ranging from 0°ree;F to 36°ree;F
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Regular lifting of 20 to 100 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
