General Laborer / Certified Flagger -- Immediate Hire -- South Florida

We are seeking multiple General Laborers and Certified Flaggers for a major new construction project in South Florida, with openings across Miami‐Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. These roles are essential for maintaining safe, efficient job‐site operations and supporting trades throughout the project.

If you have construction labor experience and an active flagger certification, you will be prioritized for immediate placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Traffic Control & Flagging — Direct vehicle and equipment movement to maintain safe flow around active work zones.
• General Labor Support — Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material staging.
• Safety Monitoring — Ensure workers and equipment operators follow safe pathways and protocols.
• Material Handling — Load, unload, and move materials as directed.
• Site Preparation — Set up barricades, cones, signage, and work‐zone safety equipment.
• Team Coordination — Communicate clearly with supervisors, drivers, and trades.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction labor experience
• Valid Flagger Certification (ATSSA, FDOT, or equivalent)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites across South Florida
• Strong communication skills and situational awareness
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards

Preferred Skills

• OSHA 10 Certification
• Experience with traffic control on commercial construction sites
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for South Florida sites
