Position Summary

A&M JV LLC is seeking a dependable Evening Janitor to provide custodial services at the Child Development Center located at Pine Bluff Arsenal. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, restrooms, common areas, and childcare spaces after daily operations have concluded.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect classrooms, restrooms, and common-use areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floor surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Restock restroom supplies and consumables.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for children and staff.
• Follow all childcare facility cleaning requirements and safety procedures.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to obtain installation access credentials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties.
