Position Description:

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support daily Learning Management System (LMS) operations while the internal team focuses on an LMS system upgrade. The role will primarily involve processing training transactions, maintaining training records, responding to training-related requests, and supporting compliance-driven training activities. This is a fully onsite position requiring strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.


Requirements:

* Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar document/change management systems.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Experience processing training assignments, certifications, training plans, and training records.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

* Must be available to work onsite in Itasca, IL, five days per week.


Experience Required:

* 5+ years of experience in Training Coordination, Learning & Development Administration, LMS Administration, Document Control, or related functions.

* Hands-on experience with LMS transaction processing.

* Experience with SmartSolve, ComplianceWire, MasterControl, TrackWise, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Saba, or similar systems preferred.

* Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or other regulated industry experience preferred.

* Experience creating or updating training materials, SOPs, or training documentation is a plus.

* Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Human Resources, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
