Now Hiring: Slitter Operators (Night Shift)

Are you looking for a stable, full-time position with a growing manufacturing company? We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Slitter Operators to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL.

Schedule:

Night Shift (12-Hour Continental Schedule)
5:45 PM – 6:15 AM

Pay:

Starting at $21.74/hour
Plus $2.00/hour Shift Differential
Potential earnings of over $23.74/hour

Responsibilities:

✔ Operate slitting and roll handling equipment
✔ Set up machines according to production specifications
✔ Perform quality checks before, during, and after production
✔ Package and palletize finished products
✔ Move materials using forklifts and material handling equipment
✔ Complete production and quality documentation
✔ Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures
✔ Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment inspections

Qualifications:

✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred
✔ Manufacturing or production experience preferred
✔ Ability to read rulers and perform basic measurements
✔ Basic computer and data entry skills
✔ Experience with forklifts, pallet wrapping, or material handling equipment is a plus
✔ Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain a strong attendance record
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
