Equipment Operator I

All interviews will be conducted in Building 309, although the positions are located in Building 409

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team. This role is primarily focused on operating Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. All candidates must have a minimum of one year’s experience with Raymond Reach Trucks and I-Warehouse machines, as well as general warehouse experience.
Compensation and Schedule
• Maximum Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Standard Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
• Potential for Extended Shifts: Shifts may be up to 12 hours based on business needs
• Schedule Flexibility: All schedules are subject to change with business demands
• First Week of Each Month: Mandatory six-day work week
• Overtime: May be required as needed
Training
• All new hires will complete one week of training on first shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• 2+ years of experience operating Raymond reach trucks
• 1+ year of experience using RF scanners
• Experience with put-away, replenishment, and picking operations
• Pallet jack experience is a plus

Interview Process
1. Assessment of basic computer literacy skills
2. Closed-door interview session
3. Plant walk-through and discussion with interviewers
4. Hands-on test (candidate will be asked if they feel comfortable before proceeding)
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck operating experience
• Experience with I-Warehouse machines
• Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift
• Experience with double blade pallet jacks
• Proficient in using reach trucks and cherry pickers
• General warehouse experience required
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Ability to wear and use a headset for computer-generated picking instructions (instructions are provided in English only)
• Must provide a resume with all employment history and account for any gaps in employment

• Steel toe boots are required
• Work environment is not temperature controlled
