Ensure continuity and efficiency of the production process by operating and monitoring the production line in compliance with applicable safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Scope of Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure compliance of processes with ISO standards, occupational health and safety (OHS), and environmental regulations.
  • Comply with occupational health and safety rules as well as fire protection regulations.
  • Operate machines and equipment on the production line in accordance with work instructions and operating procedures.
  • Perform quality control of manufactured products.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and technical or quality non-conformities.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation in accordance with the 5S methodology and perform routine maintenance activities assigned to the production line operator.
  • Complete production documentation (work orders, job cards, daily reports).
  • Cooperate with the technical team, quality control, shift supervisor, and production department management.
  • Participate in line changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns.
  • Ensure minimization of material losses and optimal use of resources.
  • Take initiative and participate in continuous improvement projects and optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation in accordance with 5S standards.


Requirements and Competencies

Education

  • Minimum vocational education (technical or vocational diploma).

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar position within a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

  • Ability to operate production machinery and equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of technical drawings (optional).
  • Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and technical documentation.

  • Number of Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) ideas submitted.

First Shift: 7:00 - 15:30, Second Shift: 15:30 - 24:00
