Process Technician

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent client in Greer, SC within the Plastics industry is seeking direct hire Process Technicians to join their team! This company boasts excellent pay and benefits that starts day one of employment.

Direct Hire Process Technician Job Summary:
If you have 1-2 years minimum as a process technician, robotic technician, multi craft maintenance, automation, or mechatronics I encourage you to apply!

• $30.50/hourly +
• Night shift: 7:45 pm-8:00 am (3/2/ 2/3)
• Full Benefits/Vacation/Holiday Pay (Benefits Eligibility on 1st Day of Employment)
• 401K: Up to 6% Match
• Mold set-ups and changes
• Examines tools, machines, and processes to maximize tool and process utilization and ensure all processes and tools are running accurately.
• Develops and establishes manufacturing process parameters.
• Assists with color changes.
• Works with Quality, Processing, Automation and Tooling to fix higher level problems.
• Supports the QMS by adhering to the system requirements.

Process Technician Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Familiarity with mold design and hot runner systems.
• 3-5 years’ general injection molding troubleshooting experience.
• Computer skills necessary to effectively utilize CIM.
