Job Title: Asset Protection Coordinator
Location: Mason, Ohio 45040 (100% Onsite)
Work Type: Part-Time (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

General Function:

The Asset Protection (AP) Coordinator is responsible for monitoring security systems, preventing theft and fraud, supporting investigations, and ensuring safety compliance within the facility. This role involves surveillance monitoring, audits, incident response, and coordination with internal teams and external authorities.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Security & Monitoring

• Monitor Access Control System and CCTV systems 
• Review surveillance footage for incidents and investigations 
• Support AP Command Center operations and LiveSafe dashboard monitoring 

Investigation & Loss Prevention:

• Identify internal and external theft and fraud incidents 
• Conduct investigations, case development, and evidence collection 
• Preserve evidence and maintain case integrity 
• Document losses, recoveries, and investigation reports 

Facility Audits & Compliance:

• Conduct safety and security facility audits 
• Perform inspections and compliance reviews 
• Track corrective actions and document findings 
• Analyze data, metrics, and access control reports

Training & Coordination:

• Conduct training sessions (e.g., onboarding/orientations) 
• Interact with management, Brand Asset Protection, and law enforcement 
• Testify in legal proceedings when required 

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare detailed and accurate incident and audit reports 
• Maintain investigation and compliance records 
• Ensure documentation meets AP standards

Basic / Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Retail Asset Protection / Loss Prevention experience
