We are currently seeking multiple PRN Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support behavioral health settings on an as-needed basis.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor and support patient safety and well-being in a therapeutic environment
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision
- Lead or support group activities, life skills, and therapeutic sessions
- Accurately document patient behaviors, interventions, and progress
- Respond to crisis situations and follow established safety protocols
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or crisis situations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
Requirements (Compliance)
To be eligible candidates must have or complete:
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR certification
- TB test/clearance
- COVID-19 vaccination or declination
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification (preferred or willing to obtain-we will send the course to you )
- Background check and drug screen
