Job Description
Cardinal Estate Planning is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in helping clients and supporting a professional office.
Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• 30 hours per week
• Flexible hours may be available for the right candidate
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Scan and organize documents
• Prepare and mail letters and correspondence
• Order, type, and proofread deeds and other legal documents
• Enter client asset information into Funding Pro software
• Assist with paying estate bills and maintaining records
• Scan and enter information into estate administration software
• Upload blogs and content to the firm's website
• Assist with general office projects and administrative tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong proofreading and typing skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Prior office experience preferred but not required
