Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time BDS Intake & Case Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in waiver services, BDS/BDDS systems, intake coordination, or case development.

Position Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships with support coordinators and case managers
Follow up on incoming referrals and client inquiries
Ensure service plans and authorizations are approved in a timely manner
Manage intake documentation and compliance records
Coordinate communication between clients, families, and internal teams
Assist with ongoing case development and enrollment processes

Ideal Candidate Background

We are looking for someone who has:

Previously worked for a waiver provider agency
Experience as a Support Coordinator
OR experience working in intake/compliance for a BDS/BDDS agency

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

Candidates should already understand:

CIH Budgets
Service Plans
Authorizations
BDDS Portal
Quarterly Reporting
Incident Reporting

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20–$28 per hour
Bonus: $300 bonus per active client enrolled
Hours: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week
