PrideStaff - Greenville is seeking two (2) reliable, efficient, and hard-working Day Laborers for a short-term facility project for our customer in the Greer/GSP area.

In this role, you will be responsible for a complete top-to-bottom clean-up and organization of a busy industrial shop. This is a purely manual labor position that requires individuals who can work at a fast, steady pace without slowing down. We are looking for "no-complaint," self-motivated workers who can follow directions and get the shop looking pristine.

Shop Clean-Up Primary Responsibilities include:
Your main responsibility is the efficient physical cleaning and organization of the industrial shop floor, working quickly alongside a teammate to meet the project deadline.

• Debris Removal: Clear out, sweep, and clean up dirt, dust, and industrial debris throughout the shop and warehouse floor.
• Material Organization: Help sort, stack, and organize tools, parts, and industrial materials into their designated storage areas.
• Heavy Lifting: Manually move heavy items, pallets, or waste bins to keep the workspace clear and organized.
• Team Efficiency: Work dynamically with a second worker to tackle designated cleaning zones quickly and safely.

Shop Clean-Up Requirements include:

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the full 8.5-hour shift without restriction.
• Heavy Lifting: Must be capable of comfortably lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
• Work Ethic: Looking for dependable, fast-paced workers who maintain a positive, professional attitude and a "get-it-done" mindset (No slow paces or complaints).
• Reliability: Exceptional punctuality is required. Because this is a short 3-to-5 day project, you must show up on time every single day.
• Safety & Attire: Must follow all standard shop safety guidelines and wear appropriate work clothing (e.g., sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots).
